DOL provides compliance assistance and materials to help employers comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)

USERRA provides returning veterans with certain re-employment rights including rights related to retirement plans and insurance. The Department of Labor (DOL) has created a Web page with a collection of information for veterans and employers to help comply with USERRA.
